That looks really neat with the blue and then the green leaves popping through. I am assuming by the title that it isn't a good thing that is blue. I am curious what it is. Is it gasoline mixed with water?
Thanks for the comment. The color comes from refracted light through an oily film on the surface of the water.

And such beautiful poison, certainly entices the eyes...but sadly, then again, many things toxic in life are so darn alluring....
